Royal Villas
Royal Villas complex is located in the village of Dobra Voda, in the Barska Riviera, on the first coastline in an amazingly quiet location. Renting a villa in Montenegro by the sea will allow you to enjoy hours of stunning imagination, swim and sunbathe on the famous beaches of "Small Pijesak" and "Great Pijesak". But you shouldn’t to give up the benefits of civilization: in three minutes on foot there are wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops, and in ten kilometers there is a well-developed town Bar, whose history began from the Bronze Age, so there is a lot of interesting for the curious traveler. There are many cultural, historical and natural attractions nearby.
The complex Royal Villas in Montenegro consists of five comfortable villas near the sea with swimming pools, where for each guest there is a personal chaise-longue and an umbrella from the sun. By 2017 summer, a private beach and restaurant will be built.
7 BEDROOMS VILLA
The main entrance to the villa due to the peculiarities of the area is located on the third floor. Entering the building, you immediately get into a huge kitchen-dining room and living room, where there is everything you need - modern appliances, furniture and utensils. From here you can reach the spacious terrace, which offers a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. From the pool to the sea comes its own staircase.
Bedrooms are located on different floors, so all guests will be comfortable. Each bedroom is designed for two guests, but if desired, you can install additional beds. The territory of the villa is completely fenced, there is a water tank and a septic tank, parking with automatic gates.
6 BEDROOMS VILLA
In 6 bedrooms the villas can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, additional 6 guests can be accommodated on extra beds and comfortable sofa beds. For your comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. Almost all windows have stunning views of the sea. The building is fenced, there is own parking for one car. Almost all windows of the villa offer an extraordinary view of the sea.

Bedrooms with private bathrooms occupy the second and third floors. On the first floor there is a comfortable living room, a kitchen-dining room and the necessary technical rooms. The living room has a sofa area, TV and fireplace. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, is connected to the high-speed Internet access line and also has Wi-Fi.
