6 BEDROOMS VILLA

In 6 bedrooms the villas can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, additional 6 guests can be accommodated on extra beds and comfortable sofa beds. For your comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. Almost all windows have stunning views of the sea. The building is fenced, there is own parking for one car. Almost all windows of the villa offer an extraordinary view of the sea.

The villa is built on a hill, so the main entrance is on the third floor.

On the first floor there is a large kitchen-dining room from which you can reach the spacious terrace. On the terrace you can have breakfast by a big company, cook dinner on the grill and enjoy the sunset. From the terrace our guests can go down to their own pool to swim and enjoy the magnificent seascape.

From the dining room you can get to the spacious game room, where you can add extra beds if necessary (if you decide to come by a big company). Opposite the games room is a large living room with a TV and a fold-out sofa.

On the second floor you will find a sauna with a special lounge; Laundry room with a modern washing machine, ironing board and iron; Large living room with folding couches, TV and fireplace and a bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub with hydro massage.

On the third floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

On the fourth floor there are two bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom.

The villa is in 690 meters from the main road linking the city of Bar and Ulcinj is connected with its concrete and unpaved road. The town of Bar is in 10.5 km, to the nearest minimarket - 400 meters. Nearby is the beach "Great Pijesak", many restaurants, cafes, hotel "Kalamper" and "Rose of the Winds."

  • October - May: € 205 per night
  • June 01-10: € 240 per night
  • June 11-30: € 300 per night
  • July: € 410 per night
  • August: € 410 per night
  • September: € 300 per night

Terms

  1. When booking less than 5 days, the final cleaning is paid separately (100 euro).
  2. Refundable insurance deposit 500 euro.
  3. Check-in is from 15:00. Check out from the villa until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible at an additional cost. The amount of co-payment is half the cost of daily living.
  4. The size of the prepayment for the reservation of the villa is 30%.
  5. When booking more than 7 days weekly cleaning, change of linen and towels is included in the price (every 7th day of your stay is made).
