Bedrooms with private bathrooms occupy the second and third floors. On the first floor there is a comfortable living room, a kitchen-dining room and the necessary technical rooms. The living room has a sofa area, TV and fireplace. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, is connected to the high-speed Internet access line and also has Wi-Fi.
On the second floor there are two large bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a sauna and the other with a hydro massage bath.
On the third floor there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which has a hydro massage bath.
In five bedrooms of each villa can be comfortably accommodate ten guests.
For the convenience of guests, all rooms of the villas are air-conditioned.
The villa is in 690 meters from the main road linking the city of Bar and Ulcinj is connected with its concrete and unpaved road. The town of Bar is in 10.5 km, to the nearest minimarket - 400 meters. Nearby is the beach "Great Pijesak", many restaurants, cafes, hotel "Kalamper" and "Rose of the Winds."

- October-May: € 200 per night
- June 01-10: € 250 per night
- June 11-30: € 270 per night

Terms
- When booking less than 5 days, the final cleaning is paid separately (100 euro).
- Refundable insurance deposit 500 euro.
- Check-in is from 15:00. Check out from the villa until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible at an additional cost. The amount of co-payment is half the cost of daily living.
- The size of the prepayment for the reservation of the villa is 30%.
- When booking more than 7 days weekly cleaning, change of linen and towels is included in the price (every 7th day of your stay is made).
